To account for the medical advice and expertise provided through M圜hart, UW Medicine will begin billing for some of these medical advice responses that provide care or consultation that otherwise would have been done through a clinic or telemedicine appointment.

Over the past few years, M圜hart has also become another way to seek medical advice, rather than coming in for an appointment. M圜hart Patient Portal is an easy and convenient way to stay in touch with your care team. If you are financially responsible for someone else, you will see their billing account when signed in to your own M圜hart account.
